Company Training
Bereavement will affect all of us at some time in our lives. What will differ is how we cope. Death is still something that many people are uncomfortable talking about – people are unsure about the ‘right’ thing to say and often shy away from any involvement. Making sure that employees have the right level of support is vital to their welfare and in turn, the smooth running of an organisation. If you have a training background and empathetic nature you might consider volunteering as a trainer.
